A recent survey by Mothering.com found that fewer than 20 percent of expectant parents will wait until their baby's birth to find out its gender. And now, it turns out a few thousand American moms-to-be couldn't even wait until the 20-week ultrasound. More than 40 women have filed a class action lawsuit against Acu-Gen Biolab after the company refused to honor its money-back guarantee. It seems the test results were wrong more often than they were right.
